Choose your schedule
We offer lessons from early morning to nighttime so that you can study at the best time for you. Our classes run from 7 AM to 10 PM, so you can use your class credits at the times that fit your routine and your teacher’s availability.

Flexible Credit System
1 credit = 1 hour of live class. You choose a monthly or semester plan with the number of credits that fits your routine. Your credits are added to your student account and used for your scheduled classes. This gives you more clarity (you always know how many hours you have), flexibility (your schedule can change), and control (no surprise fees, just credits you decide to use).
-

Student Portal
Every student at English in the US gets access to a personal online portal. You can: See your class credits and their validity dates. Check your schedule and access your class links easily. Track your progress with lessons, study plans, and materials. Access offline study kits and extra resources shared by your teacher.
-

Make-up Classes and Offline Kit
Missed a class? No problem! You can reschedule your class within the same month, depending on availability. If we’re not able to reschedule, you’ll receive an offline study kit with a video, exercises, and materials to use at home so you can stay on track until your next class.

FAQs
1. What is a class credit?
A class credit is our way of organizing and tracking your study hours.
1 credit = 1 hour of live class with a teacher from English in the US.
When you purchase a plan, you receive a set number of credits to use within a specific period (monthly or semester-based).
Each scheduled class uses 1 credit.
You can see your credits and their validity in the student portal.
2. Do my credits expire?
Yes. Each plan has:
A start date, when the credits are released.
An expiration date, until when the credits can be used.
These dates appear clearly in the student portal. After the expiration date, credits typically expire under the contract terms.
3. Are there make-up classes?
We work with a class credit system. If you need to cancel a class within the timeframe of our cancellation policy (with 24 hours’ notice):
Whenever possible, we use the same credit to reschedule the class for another day or time, according to the teacher’s availability.
When it isn’t possible to reschedule, you receive an offline study kit (video, activities, and guidance) so you can use that credit as guided individual study.
If you cancel outside the allowed timeframe or do not attend the class (no-show), the credit is considered used, as outlined in the contract and cancellation policy. Full details (cancellation deadlines, rescheduling limits, and no-show rules) are described in the contract and in the student portal.
4. Can I change my plan (hours per week, monthly / semester)?
In many cases, yes.
If your routine changes (work, studies, travel, family), you can contact the school to:
Adjust the number of credits at the next renewal; or
Move to a plan that better fits your current situation.
Whether a change is possible and when it can take effect depends on the conditions of your current contract.
5. How do I cancel the course?
To cancel your plan, you must notify the school at least 30 days in advance in writing (via official email or the student portal).
During those 30 days:
Your access remains active.
You can use your credits while they are still valid.
If there is recurring billing, payment for that period is still due.
After the end date, any credits that have expired or remain unused follow the terms of your contract (for example, they may automatically expire and be non-refundable).
6. What materials do you use in class?
For individual students:
This depends on your English proficiency and your goals. After the placement test, you complete a needs analysis with your teacher during the introductory lesson, after which we define the course materials.
We work with internationally recognized materials, textbooks, and original content, all organized in the student portal to build the ideal curriculum to help you reach your goals.
For group students:
In addition to considering the group’s or pair’s English level, materials are selected based on the course's focus. Groups may be formed for general English, travel English, or business English, and we then select the most appropriate materials for that group.
